LS8 needs help to become a much greener, prettier and safer space for everyone, however we travel. We need excellent crossings so it always feels safe and easy to cross the road, flowers, trees and green spaces including green buildings and roof tops, as much and as fast as possible. We need 20 mile zones and green zones like the Methleys. The ideal is to be able to walk and cycle from LS8 to town and really enjoy it, to pass through an enviroment that lifts the spirits and inspires well being. At the moment the pollution and density of buildings and big amount of traffic make it feel stressful and unsafe for non drivers..

The south side cycle path needs to be continuous and not stop/start. The cycle path needs to be separated by bollards AND a continuous separation kerb.
